五.Quipment :

六. Built trough formula :

      1, water corrosion of copper for washing machines and renewable clean water replacement after the re-commencement of water injection and the next cycle of nozzle to clean emissions after 10 minutes.

       2, 5-10% HCL injection spray and the opening cycle, sprayed 30 minutes after washing emissions.

七. Bath analysis methods :

   1,copper (Cu2 +) Analysis :

        A, in a 100ml bottle capacity by adding 10ml Bath, plus 2-3ml ammonia, diluted with water to the mark (A solution);

       B, take 10mlA Add 250ml liquid iodine bottle, plus 30ml water;

       C, 5-6ml30% H2SO4 (from Chunlan colors of green, but not deep);

       D, plus 10ml20% of the potassium iodide, shaking to release the dark after 10 minutes, this time for brown;

       E, 0.1 (N) Na2SO3 standard solution by titration to lighter brown; 

       F, 2% starch indicator 3ml, this time to blue, blue to titration to disappear;

       G calculation : Cu2 + (g / L) = 63.54 × (V.C) Na2SO3 

       H, control :120-160 (g / L) 

   2, chlorine ions (CL-) Analysis :

       A intake in 250ml liquid 3mlA conical bottle, plus 50ml water;

       B, plus 2 ml sodium, then dropping 10% acetic acid solution until the solids (this solution should be yellow);

       C, 0.1 (N) AgNO3 standard solution by titration of the yellow light brown (the actual color change very significantly, see precipitation so far into light brown);
