四、 Method of set up bath tanke:

      3、  Add activated carbon 3 - 5 g / L, stirring about four hours, rested after precipitation made activated carbon filter to the electroplating tank;
      4、  Add the needed hydrochloride, and water to be determined by the volume;
      5、 Current density 5ASF to do about 0.5A / L of the weak solution;
      6、  Add the copper lustring agent LT-120 2.5ml/L
      7、  To implement current density 5ASF about 0.5A / L electrolysis, and adjust the bath composition;
      8、  Finally using 20ASF for 15 minutes then the plate can be tested.
五、The firm's management and operational conditions :

七、  bath liquid Maintenance
      1、  Ordinary maintenance: 
        
1)  Cycle : Depending on Copper Ball consumption (continuous production 1-2 weeks);
        2)  Solution:a、  Supplement copper grain
                           b、 Clean the contact points
                           c、 Using tiles blank to electrolyze (5ASF) for an hour;
                           d、 Change filter cotton, and filter with carbon core for four hours
     2、  Major maintenance.
         1)  Cycle : 6 months – 1 year,
          2)  Steps : a, pumpe the electroplating solution to carbon bath and heated to 40 ° C;
                        b、  Adding hydrogen peroxide (2 - 5 ml / L) Keep the heat geostationary for 1-2 hours;
                        c、  Open air warming to 60 ° C, add active toner 3 - 5 g / L and keep the heat for 3-4 hours;
                        d、  Filter electroplating groove

十、 Anaylse method
     (  Test of CuSO4:
        1、 Add 1ml plate liquor to 250 ml cone bottle;
        2、 Add  150ml water and 5ml ammonia;
        3、 Add 0.2 grams Murexide indicator;
        4、 Using 0.1 (M) EDTA standard solution to titrate from brown to blue violet.
        5、  Calculation : CuSO4 (g / L) = 12.5 * 0.1 (M) Titrate EDTA standard solution ml
        6、 Control range:60-90 g/L
  (Ⅱ)  Test of H2SO4:
         1、 Add 1ml plate liquor to 250 ml cone bottle;
         2、 plus 50ml water droplets and 3-5 methyl orange indicator;
         3、 Using 1.0 (M) NAOH standard solution to titrat it into yellow.
         4、calculated : H2SO4% (V / V) = 2.663 * 1.0 (M) NAOH titrate ml
         5、Control range:9-11%
   (Ⅲ) Test of CL-:
         1、 Add 25ml plate liquor to 250 ml cone bottle;
         2、Add 30ml water and 20ml1 :1 nitrate;
         3、Add 0.1 (M) a few drops of nitrate mercury standard titration;
         
4、Using 0.01 (M) nitrate mercury standard titration to change into clarification from turbidity.
        
5、Calculation : CL - (ppm) * 0.01 = 14.2 (M) nitrate mercury standard titration ml number
        
6、control range:40-80ppm
