 三、 Compound method :

           LT-604 4%

           LT-603 200  grams / liter

           CP hydrochloric acid5%

四、  Groove maintan:

           1、Shoud not mix with Air mixing ；

           2、Obviously cylinder liquid color changes, solution stratification and copper content of more than 2 g / liter when to be replaced;

           3、Strict control of the ingredients prepreg cylinder stability, not to add water level, the level dropped with LT - 603 Solution supplement；

五、 Wastewater treatment : Caustic adjusted to pH 7 after removing sediments, and disposal.

六、 Anlyse method

    1.Colorimetric Analysis :

           a、Preparation of a small cup of the new LT - 603 prepreg working fluid;

           b、Admission sufficient current activator LT-604 to 100 ml flask,  increase above prepreg to work on Level,  shaking after more than 100% for color standard solution;

           c、Admission than five 10ml color tubes, respectively affixed with a 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% of the label from flask learned 6ml, 7ml, could provide adequate, 9ml, 10ml color than the standard solution were placed at colorimetric tube, from the new LT - 603 prepreg dan working fluid, 3ml, 2 ml, 1 ml, bet-placed colorimetric tube, after shaking sealed for 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% standard color solution;          

            d、Admission 10mlLT-604 Activator working fluid in color than 10ml tube above, and the color standard solution than comparing it in scope; Color standards than on the storage time should not exceed one month
